    The short answer is yes. Sealcoating after crackfilling can extend the life of your asphalt repairs. Generally, we recommend crackfilling every 2 to 3 years as part of your routine maintenance, line striping, and sealcoating.

  • My parking lot has a few small cracks. Can you just sealcoat over them?

    That depends on their width and cause. Sealcoating is effective for repairing cracks that are less than 1/2" wide. Larger cracks will require the application of a rubberized sealant or asphalt mix.
