    In ideal summer conditions, you can walk on your parking lot or driveway 3 to 5 hours and drive on it after 24-48 hours after application. Brush applied sealcoating should be allowed to cure 72 hours before driving on it. After September, or in cool temperatures, we recommend waiting at least 72 hours. 

    Our sealcoating technicians will let you know when your newly seal-coated driveway or parking lot can be driven on and any other instructions to ensure you get the most from your sealcoating service. 

  • Can I have my parking lot line striped right after you apply sealcoating?

  • Is there anything I should be aware of before I have you sealcoat my paving?

    There are a few things to consider to get the most from your sealcoating. 

    • avoid mowing the grass for at least 24 hours after sealcoating. Grass clippings can become embedded in the sealer ruining that beautiful blacktop finish
    • Sealcoating can take up to 30 days to fully cure. To prevent tire marks and scuffs from becoming permanent, wash them off immediately. 
    • Make sure your driveway or parking lot is dry before we apply sealcoating
    • Do you turn on the sprinklers near your freshly sealcoated asphalt. The water will slow the drying process and weaken the sealant.
